Low Voltage and Systems Installing Technician
ClearPath Connections is a Pewaukee-based technology solutions provider that puts relationships and character at the heart of its brand. We design, install and service systems and products that are critical to the safety and security of seniors, healthcare, and multifamily organizations. We are looking to add a high-character, customer-focused team member to our Technician Team to serve our growing list of customers in the senior living and multi-family marketplace.
Overview
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2+ years of successful experience in technical installations. This role will involve installing and servicing nurse call, access control, wander management, overhead paging, video surveillance and other systems. We are willing to train the technical knowledge to the right person. As a technician on our team, you’ll play a key role in the delivering a high-quality experience for our new and current relationships as the company’s base of existing customers continues to grow. As you develop your knowledge in the communications, security and life safety solutions industry, your success will directly impact the care, safety and staff efficiency of organizations in the industry.

Requirements
- Self-motivated, driven by excellence, with a service minded mentality
- Some minimal travel and overnight stays are required at times
- Ladder and lift work is required at times
- Must have your own hand tools and multimeter
- On call for afterhours service for up to a week is required and will be compensated with an allowance and a special rate
- A sense of humor, creativity, and positive attitude
- Software: Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe suite, Tigerpaw, or other CRM tools is valuable
- Telecommunications knowledge is a plus
- A valid driver’s license and insurance
